What local students say

I cannot recommend this gym enough. In my first three months I went from 240 pounds to 205 pounds. Training Martial Arts has given me a confidence that I never had before. Stick with the classes and you will surprise yourself.

Parents, if you are looking for an awesome experience for your children then you owe it to yourselves to sign your kids up! My son has been going to the Martial Arts Hero Factory for a little over a year. The positive changes we have seen in him are a direct result of the hard work his instructors put into the classes.

Nice little place to work out and convenient location. Standard fare for equipment that should satisfy most. Prices are very fair, with discounts for longer commitment. Also has a smoothie/juice bar with good prices.
