From the reviews
After trialing several different sports over the last year, coming to class today and watching my daughter light up and sink into her happy place was the best home coming we could have experienced.
We LOVE this place! My son and daughter are always eager for class and are very proud of what they learn. The instructors treat them with respect and I believe the kids respond to it. The environment has a supportive family feel.
Incredible! The instructors are amazing and not only are my children learning how to defend themselves, but control their actions, reactions, and response. They enjoy and look forward to every class.
Amazing experience with 7 Elements so far! Amazing atmosphere, a great workout, and invaluable self defense lessons. I was hooked early on and will keep coming back
Your first Krav Maga class at 7 Elements Krav Maga and Self-Defense
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
