From the reviews
After 5 10 week classes with Ehud I used the techniques he taught in Morocco last week. Two thugs surrounded me in the parking lot and I kicked them and they fled across the parking lot. It was a reflex, no time for thinking! Thank you Ehud!
Ehud is the best around. He's helped me recover from lower back pain, sciatica, toen rotator cuff muscles, and a right torn pectoral. He's the man you want when it comes to both recovery and self defense! 💪🏼
You will not regret investing in yourself through Borovoy Fitness and Shiatsu. Ehud Borovoy possesses skills and abilities obtainable only through life experience. He is very good at sharing these skills in a comfortable and laid back style that reflects his confidence and professionalism.
I went to Ehud to help with working out some aches and pains I had accumulated and his shiatsu helped tremendously. With years of experience and how highly personable he is, he’s a great resource for all things fitness, recovery, and even self-defense!
Your first Krav Maga class at BOROVOY KRAV MAGA
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
