From the reviews
Mr Noi is one of the best instructors I've ever trained under. I have done martial arts on and off for the last 20 years at 6 different gyms, and rarely do you meet someone with the knowledge, passion, and commitment that he has.
Great instructors, awesome fellow students, and amazing workout. I'll usually go running, hiking, or use the stair climber for my cardio but wanted to try something different and none of those are as fun as attending the Krav Maga classes they teach here. Can't say enough about Mr. Noi and the way he teaches the class.
Great school, great environment, fantastic instructors led by Mr. Noi! Take this opportunity to learn self-defense. You will not regret it…
Mr Noi is awesome. Patient, insightful and does a good mix of technique training and just out right fight/reaction training. Really good with the kids too. My entire family trains with Noi.
Your first Krav Maga class at GC Krav Maga
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
