From the reviews
Katarina's HIIT&RUN program is a unique and powerful program that step-by-step, each week changes the way you think, the way you respond, the way you work out and it prepares your body and mind to react to any situation.
I completed my first 8 week session of Katarina’s HIIT and Run program in the Fall and have kept up with the program and many good friends that are still participants. My schedule has kept me from starting another session but if I could I would do this year round!
Katarina's HIIT&RUN program is amazing. I started the program thinking it would be a good workout and that I would learn some cool self defense moves as well. I had no idea that it would totally transform my life and get me out of the mom rut I had found myself in.
Katarina's HIIT & Run 8 week program is incredible! I'm currently in my first round and I love it! This program is so much more than self-defense, we're learning how to take care of ourselves physically and mentally. The program touches on all aspects of life and really gives you a sense of empowerment.
Your first Krav Maga class at Katarina's HIIT&RUN
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
