From the reviews
They have so much to offer: women's classes, children's classes and so much more. Love that you can be at any level and not feel left out, behind or bored in any class. The instructors are knowledgeable, highly skilled, and patient for those who may take longer to grasp some things. All the people here truly are great.
I love the women's class on Wednesday nights. The atmosphere is perfect: friendly and engaging. I can't wait to get back! Looking forward to trying out the different classes.
I started taking this course over a little over a year. I have met some great people and amazing instructors that won't let you fail. They will put you in real life situations some uncomfortable. This is the best way to learn. Great workout to boot.
My daughter and I just started attending the classes. Everyone one is friendly and extremely helpful. I have a lot to learn, but I feel like I learm something new everything I attend. Plus, it is a great workout.
Your first Krav Maga class at Krav Maga Force Michigan
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
