From the reviews

This place is just what I needed from a self defense course. Although the classes are in a group setting, what I really appreciate is the tailored advice. It is kind of a private self defense class within a group. Aron has the ability to explain to each student how to personally improve a move.

For a novice like me, can recommend the following after 2 months of classes: 1. Great workout for anyone of any age. As an older participant, really like how the instructor Aron pushes you but also let's you progress at your own pace. 2.

I am extremely grateful for coach/instructor Aron. He has made me feel more confident in myself and my abilities with his positive attitude and passion. I get excited and look forward to classes each week. You feel like you are part of something greater than just a self-defense class.

I wanted a combination of a great workout plus learning how to protect myself. Bothe and my family love this program for both reasons. Aron the instructor is very patient and very good.

Your first Krav Maga class at Krav-Maga Plus

Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.

Krav Maga is a contact activity. Ease in, train at your own pace, listen to your instructors, and if you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them before class and check with a doctor if you're unsure.
