From the reviews
I have trained with this organization for over 3 years and commute 70 miles round trip twice a week to do it. The reasons why are many. Professor Marty Cale and wife Jenny Cale have devoted much of their lives to the service of others in many ways.
My husband convinced me to join him for some classes a few months ago and now I’m so glad he did! The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. They’re passionate about what they do and it definitely shows. Cole especially has been great at breaking down the basics for us beginners.
#Marty Cale has been one of the best instructors i've ever trained with. You couldn't ask for a better more well rounded martial arts instructor. thank to Marty and the Arkansas Martial Arts Family training directly with Nakash Krav Maga out of Isreal.
Just completed a training session in VIP/Security training with Professor Marty Cale and his team. I have been in Law Enforcement for 19 years and have trained with the United States Secrete Service as well as my Departments VIP Security teams.
Your first Krav Maga class at Krav Maga Tactical Training Options.
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
