From the reviews
Narrow Path Martial Arts is more than a school; it is a family. I have been part of both the Tae Kwon Do and the the jiu-jitsu sides for two years and I can say that this goes both ways for both the Cadre and the students. People take care of each other on and off the mat.
I enrolled my kid in late November of 2024. As I am writing this review it’s the end of February 2025 and in these 3 months I have seen an impressive change in my son’s attitude and mindset. In these 3 months my son went from obviously white belt to orange belt.
We absolutely love Narrow Path Martial Arts!!! My kids have been coming here for about a year-and-a-half and have been blossoming in their martial arts journeys. Mr. Coops is a wonderful instructor and a great role model for all the students. I also love the Christian values that are infused into the training itself.
My husband and I have been training jiu jitsu here for the last 4 months and I absolutely love it! The coach is fun, knowledgeable, and understanding when students aren't picking up the techniques right away. The other students are so nice and it feels more like a family than a team!
Your first Krav Maga class at Narrow Path Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
