From the reviews
Joining Precision Martial Art's and taking Krav Maga was a great decision on my part. The instructor's, staff and other students make you feel like family. The instructor's and staff have awesome genuine people skills as they interact with the students and the class making this potential stressful learning environment…
My son has been going to this studio for almost two years, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for him. I originally wanted him to learn self-defense, but what he’s gained goes far beyond that. He’s developed discipline, learned how to set and achieve goals, and built real self-motivation.
Precision has been amazing in helping our son stay focused and motivated. He is in a great mood when he is done with classes and has really challenged himself by looking up the forms and techniques on their website. He is enrolled in 2 separate classes, Black Belt classes and BJJ and loves them both!
The instructor makes the drills easy to understand and fun for the kids to execute. Plus the instructor emphasized the importance of staying focused and disciplined in the code of class conduct.
Your first Krav Maga class at Precision Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
