From the reviews
So me and my son Jaden was looking for a place where he could continue his boxing. So we looked up places for the Brunswick area and came across Premier Martial arts. Not only did they have great reviews. But this place exceeded our expectations! The staff is so welcoming. From the moment you walk in.
Travis has really done a great job with Premier in training his staff to be just like him to bring out the best in every kid they train. My son absolutely loves every instructor at Premier Martial Arts! I cannot thank Donovan, Heather, Ricky, and Evan enough for everything they have taught my son.
I signed my daughter up during a free promotion just to give her something to do for a few free lessons. During that time my daughter really took interest in karate.
PMA has been a great experience for my son! He's learned how to focus and have self control. I love the positive impact it's had on his self discipline even at home! He looks forward to his classes & is LOVING martial arts!
Your first Krav Maga class at Premier Martial Arts Brunswick
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
