From the reviews
My daughter, Sophia started with PMA about 3 months ago and she has grown mentally and has matured. She looks forward to every class. She does not only learn martial art techniques and self defense but learns how to be a better version of herself. This is a very disciplined black belt school and highly recommend it.
My son’s been going to Premier Martial Arts for almost 2 years and he loves it he’s learned so much! His instructor is very good with the kids and Mr Jose is very nice as well, great staff and clean facility!
My daughter is 5 and she is absolutely excited to come to every class. Mr Matt is a great teacher and he is very good and patient with kids. Definitely recommended ⭐️
The instructors love what they do and it really shows. I'm impressed by them being black belt and willing to teach the children karate, being self aware, gain confidence, and protect themselves safely. They do step by step explanations and make it easy and fun for the children. Even Jose, the manager, teaches.
Your first Krav Maga class at Premier Martial Arts New Braunfels South
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
