It was a good workout without being too strenuous! I love how they can have multiple levels in the same class and I know when I get into better shape, they will still be able to challenge me. They accommodated my extremely ADHD kid, and allowed him to take the same class as me despite being a bit young.
It is located in the Warehouse to your right when you drive-in towards the back. It is in the same place as a crossfit is in. Coach Bill is awesome and veey knowledgeable, my son loves coming here and we will continue to come here.
Bill and Trinity are amazing instructors who are able to work with all people at all skill levels! Classes are a great way to break up the repetive nature of the gym, learn practical self defense skills and meet new people!
