Great experience with the instructor, Linda Donner, on her fitness workout program. She puts the students thru a fast paced cardio workout that's guaranteed to get your heart rate up. It doesn't matter what your skill level is, her workouts are set up to give you a full body workout.
Love this martial arts Karate dojo program. If your looking for a Family feel activity environment this is the place to go. The instructor & owner of the dojo Sensei Linda Donner is the best Karate Sensei I have met to date.

I signed my two boys (ages 5 and 3.5) for Karate at TKO Nisei Dojo and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I signed up for a 6 week program not knowing if they would enjoy it and we are now about to start our 19th class. Sensei Donnor is an amazing teacher and is great with children.
Your first Krav Maga class at TKO Nisei Dojo
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
