From the reviews

Coach Bull creates a Family Friendly environment, alongside a tough and challenging self-defense class. I did the Krav-Fitness adult class, and WOW, such a good workout and learned so much about defending myself and being confident. I had to stop going due to the distance from my home.

Vital Fitness is family oriented, everyone is so friendly especially to new comers. Even the people that come in to the adult classes are so nice. As I said everyone is like family. The atmosphere is warm and friendly the coaches are awesome!

My kiddo is going there for last 4 years, 1st Nano Ninja and now in youth. Best of experience and so much to learn for my kiddo. I am glad we found this place, Coach Bull is the best and it is like a big vital family.

★★★★★ — Mrs, Jun 2022

My kids have been attending Taekwondo classes for the past 2.5 years, and it has truly been a transformative journey for them. Over this time, I’ve seen them not only become more skilled in their techniques but also grow in confidence, focus, and discipline.

Your first Krav Maga class at Vital Fitness & Self Defense

Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.

Krav Maga is a contact activity. Ease in, train at your own pace, listen to your instructors, and if you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them before class and check with a doctor if you're unsure.
