Sparta Academy has been a transformational experience. I began with a couple of one-off classes in Muay Thai kickboxing, then bought the 10-class nonmember package, then I decided to add Cross Training classes, and finally went ahead and got the monthly unlimited package.
This gym has some intense classes! I was sore, but in a good way--woke up some muscles and I felt like I learned a lot in a short period of time. Tried out the Intro to Krav Maga class a couple of times using a free pass while I was visiting my friend in LA.
Great place. Fun to get high and go here for lessons. I prefer cocaine Lots of Drunks that hang around the area so its perfect to learn Krav here . I took out a drunk once who tried to get crazy with me . But he under estimated my krav skills.
