I will try to convey in a few words what this self defense class has done for me. I had been struggling for sometime, feeling stuck, anxious and somewhat lost. I workout daily, run, take classes at the gym but that didn’t seem to be enough. Though I felt physically strong I was feeling weak, insecure in other ways.
I have been training at Full Potential Martial Arts for a while now and I can tell you Brian is a great teacher. The course is not limited to Karate training. The coursework is also designed for people without prior martial arts training.
As someone who is a Krav Maga instructor I highly recommend KMA and the Instructor staff. I would not say this about too many other Krav Maga schools in San Diego. It is worth your time to give this spot a chance.
