From the reviews
Great teachers! Great classes! Great experience! Every time! I've been going for a little over a month now. Every class is a hell of a workout and the things you learn are practical and work. Just come in and give it your best and you'll quickly see that the instructors all care about their students.
This location is run by a very dynamic and talented couple. George Buruian and Diana Azikram-Buruian are highly skilled, professional martial artists who take great pride in their martial art program. This school location is convenient, well equipped with 2 classrooms, showers, cardio equipment and weights.
Master George's Krav Maga curriculum is outstanding. The facilities, staff and culture are outstanding. Worth every penny!

Your first Krav Maga class at Alpha Krav Maga Compound
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
