From the reviews
My 8 year old son attends Aiki Academy and he loves his Sambo class. It is the only thing he showed any kind of interest in doing. The instructors are so great with the kids and everyone there always makes you feel so welcome like you are a member of their family.
This is the most professional studio i have ever worked out in. The classes are set up so you have an opportunity to come in no excuse. The staff our wonderful, helpful and you become a family. It is clean, set up like no other studio, it screams class.
Kickboxing is such a great work out! I've always had such a hard time finding a workout that I truly enjoyed, but since starting kickboxing, I find myself looking forward to my workout. The studio is super clean and the staff are so inviting and make me feel at home every time I show up to class.
What a great place! I brought my little one here for a little ninjas class and it did not disappoint. The senseis were kind and patient and really helped her have fun. We can’t wait to come back for more classes.
Your first Krav Maga class at CT Krav Maga & MMA
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
