From the reviews
I love working out here! The owner, Dennis and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I absolutely love going to the Sunday morning class with Chrissy and Jen. They are excellent instructors! They know how to give everyone an incredible workout while still having fun!
I was nervous to start Kickboxing as it's such a different workout than I'm used but it's the best thing I ever did! The staff is great, friendly and always motivating and helping with form! The workout itself is fantastic, it's intense but fun at the same time. I laugh every class while getting a great workout!
I have been with Dennis and Marisa Hill for 5 years now, I initially brought my son to this school to do Dennis's youth classes. when i saw the i love kickboxing program.
I love this class. I can go after work. The class real gives results. I see the muscles on these girls and I can't wait to have them. I already see some results being new to the class. The staff is great friendly and helpful. They help ouch you and keep you focused.
Your first Krav Maga class at Kickboxing360
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
