From the reviews
I've been coming here consistently for quite some time training in their Krav Maga program and just signed up for another year. 2nd to no one - this is absolutely the place where a person can come to learn and train street fighting and real life self defense scenarios. This is the real deal with no fluff and no frills.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Both the children's and adult classes are well run. It's the best place to learn effective self defense and get a great workout too!
My daughter has been studying Karate here for almost 2 years now. She loves it. Her self confidence is very high. In school she has become a leader and positive influence on other students. She has grown from a shy 7 year old with a fear of new things into an confident adventurer.
This place is phenomenal, my family and I have been students at this facility for over two years. I found there classes for adults and children to be fun and rewarding. The kids classes instile values that are life skills i.e.
Your first Krav Maga class at Elite Martial Arts Training Centers
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
