From the reviews
I'm a part of Jesse's class for about a year now and I'm very happy with his school and style. This is not my first exposure to KM so I have something to compare to. Highly recommend to anyone (any age, size, gender, name it) who is serious about self-defense.
When I started casually attending KMCD a few months ago, I didn’t have any kind of background in martial arts or the like. I was a little self conscious of this in the beginning but quickly realized it didn’t matter.
I Highly recommend KMCD to ALL! They offer a Free 1st trial class. I took it, loved it, & signed up! I’m a wife, mom, homeschooler, and work in the aviation industry- KMCD was exactly what I was lookin for.
I absolutely love this school and the community it fosters!!! My husband talked me into trying a class over a year ago and I never looked back. Your first Krav Maga class at Krav Maga Central District
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
