This is the best karate and mma boxing experience my son has ever had. The instructors are incredible and experienced. The interaction between instructor and pupil are par none and am glad that I enrolled my son for classes.

I love all the options they have. The workout equipment is accessible 24/7 with a key card. There’s boxing, kickboxing, MMA, karate, American Fight System (their self defense program), and tai chi. I like that I am not limited to one thing. All the coaches are phenomenal and professional. I would definitely recommend.

The environment at Keystone Xtreme Fitness is judgment free. The instructors are all exceptional and very well versed in what they teach! Tremendous MMA training and self defense classes aswell! Also have helpful and instructive online classes if you are not able to find the time to get out of your house as frequent!

Your first Krav Maga class at Keystone X Fitness & Martial Arts

Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.

Krav Maga is a contact activity. Ease in, train at your own pace, listen to your instructors, and if you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them before class and check with a doctor if you're unsure.
