I have learned how to deal with pretty much anything anyone can throw at me ... punches, kicks, grappling, knife fighting, stick fighting, and gun defense. Master Arkadiy and Master Amanda teach no BS techniques that work in the street and the group that I practice with here is awesome.
I joined KKM 8 months ago and gained a lot of self defense knowledge from master Arkadiy and master Amanda! Hands down they are one of the best instructors I’ve seen (I did djudo before)! Highly recommend this place if you need to learn self defense!
I've been with training KKM now for a little over 2 years now. Master Arkidy and Master Amanda are extremely technical and not only do you get practical knowledge, but you also get an awesome workout! I say challenge yourself. Peace of mind in todays world knowing you can defend yourself and your loved ones.
I look forward to going to krav classes every week. The people who attend classes are very supportive and work hard, and Master Arkadiy is a tough and respectful instructor. He knows a lot and I learn a lot! Also classes are at 8pm so I can go to school and work and still have time to make it to class.
Your first Krav Maga class at KKM Krav Maga
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
