From the reviews
SoCal Krav Maga with Keith and Erenie has been a great experience. I joined to give myself something to do and learn a little self defense in the process. The Warrior Fit class works you to your wall and helps you break it down.
If you're looking for the BEST workout with the most dedicated, open and friendliest people you will ever meet, this is it! Their Warrior Fit Program is second to none and the Krav Maga is Certified AIKMA (Authentic Israli Krav Maga) and AKMF (American Krav Maga Federation)!
5 stars just isn’t enough ! I’ve been coming here ever since I moved from San Diego in 2018 and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I came in looking for a place to workout and found SO MUCH more.
SoCal Krav Maga is lead by an extremely professional man who truly cares about his students. Keith (The instructor)not only works out his students, but motivates them to always do better. SoCal Krav is an extremely fun place to be, but also with a serious knowledge for training.
Your first Krav Maga class at SoCal Krav Maga
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
