From the reviews
I am SO grateful to Hunter for bringing this to my life. Learning and applying these gems, continues to bring me deep visceral healing & release to the trapped traumas in my cells (that I’ve had since childhood). I am learning to be a WHOLE NEW ME! I’m amazed and grateful every day!!
Mr. Allen is the best! Organizations of all types could benefit from sending their employees to his schools (TigTactical and stopsuddenviolence). Hunter teaches self-defense skills necessary in today's societal environments.
100% worth it! Combination of 6 types of martial arts for self defense. Hunter is an expert at what he does and an excellent teacher. As a DV victim and healthcare worker I am very grateful this class is available.

Your first Krav Maga class at tig tactical
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
