From the reviews
I never thought I would find a reason to stay in St. Louis, yet here I am. I have gotten stronger and more balanced both physically and emotionally, I have worked with instructors that push me beyond my limits yet are always encouraging, and I have gained a good crew of friends.
Chris is a great instructor. Intense class that teaches good technique and practical applications.
Experienced professional instructors. Great for any level of Student. Go home safe...visit XKM
I try to stop in at this location at least one day a week when I can. The instructors are some of the best people on earth as well as the students. I have made lots of friends here and I always feel welcome.
Your first Krav Maga class at Xtreme Krav Maga & Fitness - Chesterfield
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
