Before I decided on TKD as my martial arts discipline, I had always had this impression that TKD was primarily the school of "Pretty Kicks". While I admire those who are able to kick foes from out of mid air above their heads, this was not really appealing to me on a discipline and practicality level.
This school is TOP NOTCH! My children have been students here for the last four years, and they have experienced remarkable growth as a result. Confidence, discipline, respect, strength, endurance, focus, and flexibility … just a few of the things your can expect to acquire from your affiliation with this school.
Excellent all around Martial Arts program. Amazing established TKD and Krav Maga programs under Mr. Dunham plus they are now a Carlos Machado Affiliate for their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. James Minson is the BJJ instructor and is a pioneer in Jiu-Jitsu in Northeastern Oklahoma.
