This is the best place you can go for self defense especially for women. They are patient and take self defense very seriously. The drop in fee is extremely cost effective if you just want to try it out. The classes are small enough where you get some one on one time.

Me and my wife just went to our first adult class together last week. It was amazing! They are very friendly and personable. They make you feel like part of their family right away. And the instructor Tony is great. Very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that you understand it.
Taking classes here and loving it. I'm a beginner / newbie to karate, but am learning fast. Tony is a great teacher who loves people, explains the techniques very well, and is a master in his craft. His assistants, Austin and Tammy, are great too; both are awesome with people.
