From the reviews
My son has been going to VIP International for almost three years. I love this school, but most importantly, my son loves it. The instructors are amazing with the children, they are highly trained professionals, caring and compassionate, and they have fun with the children!!
We have been here with VIP for over 2 years now. This has been a wonderful experience watching both of my children grow and learn new techniques, skills and life lessons. The instructors here are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about the kids.
My daughter started here at 4 years old. She took every lesson learned from VIP and integrated it into school and every extracurricular activity she does outside. We love watching the students become the instructors that help her learn along the way. This is a place that encourages everyone and rewards on progress.
My son has been taking lessons for two years and we are very proud and happy to see his progress and accomplishments. Thank you to Shidoshi and all the kind dedicated instructors our son has become more focus and strong. He will be able to defend himself if we are not with him. The classes are well planned.
Your first Krav Maga class at VIP International Krav Maga & Martial Arts Academy
Nervous about walking into a Krav Maga school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling a few core techniques with a partner — controlled and at your own pace, not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — there's no uniform or special gear you need to buy to get started. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — most schools have everything else you'll need for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call what to bring. Pressure-testing eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid — you won't be sparring hard on day one. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
